Good morning, I just got through my first month of the sacrament and I haven't felt this good in years. It took about a week to really notice a difference. It was like one day I woke up feeling great, brushed my teeth , showered and from that day on has been really good. I still have a few bad hours every couple of days but I'll take it. I started with a mini Macro of 1,000 mg and have been doing 100 mg per day and have even dropped to as low as 50 mg. Im no longer on Lexapro or Busbar as per my Dr/my symptoms ! 😊 #FINALLYFEELINGBETTER
