Good morning, I just got through my first month of the sacrament and I haven't felt this good in years. It took about a week to really notice a difference. It was like one day I woke up feeling great, brushed my teeth , showered and from that day on has been really good. I still have a few bad hours every couple of days but I'll take it. I started with a mini Macro of 1,000 mg and have been doing 100 mg per day and have even dropped to as low as 50 mg. Im no longer on Lexapro or Busbar as per my Dr/my symptoms ! 😊 #FINALLYFEELINGBETTER

Hey guys, quick question for those that know ? I ordered my sacrament a couple days ago. I'm curious if we get a tracking number or does it just show up in the mail ? I just want to know to grab it out of the mail when it's here to keep away from my son. No big deal if he does find out but ya know what I mean ? Thanks guys
