1. License Grant

Mush Love Social grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer any portion of the Software to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Mush Love Social. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights in or to the Software.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Software to distribute harmful, offensive, illegal, or objectionable content. Any violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license and access to the Software.

5. Updates and Modifications

Mush Love Social may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Software. Such updates will be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you install or access the Software and will remain in effect until terminated. Mush Love Social may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mush Love Social does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mush Love Social be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
