LIPORASE Liporase hyaluronidase, also known as hyaluronidase human injection, is a novel approach to the use of hyaluronic acid fillers in aesthetic medicine. If the client is dissatisfied with the results, this product can be used to reverse the injection's effects. Hyaluronidase, a degradative enzyme that has been used in medicine for over sixty years, has discovered off-label applications such as reducing hyaluronic acid fillers, treating granulomatous foreign body reactions, and curing skin necrosis caused by injectable fillers. Basic Properties of Liporase Hyaluronidase: Hyaluronidase is a white, freeze-dried powder that contains 1500 units of enzyme per vial in a ten-vial package. The product's main component is a depolymerizing enzyme. It must be dissolved in approximately 3ml of normal saline before use. This enzyme is used to break down hyaluronic acid that has been accidentally injected beneath the skin. Liporase and Hyaluronic Acid Indications This anti-aging filler dissolver is designed to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based injections that were given incorrectly, excessively, or unevenly during the anti-aging treatment. It's injected into areas where hyaluronic acid filler has previously been used. In emergency circumstances where dermal fillers were accidentally injected into an artery, causing obstruction of the blood flow and harm to human organs, the doctor can use it. This intramuscular injection is used in fat melting treatments as well as cases where dermal filler needs to be dissolved. It is utilized as a supplement in therapies for reducing the fat layer in the human body. To relieve discomfort during therapy, hyaluronidase is frequently combined with a topical anaesthetic. Conditions of Storage Hyaluronidase should be stored in glass ampoules with a rubber stopper and an aluminium seal. Vials that have not been opened must be kept in the refrigerator between 2° and 8°C. Liporase injection should never be frozen. Sun protection is essential. If the hyaluronidase has already been mixed with saline, it can be stored at temperatures below 30°C for two weeks. If the solution is colourless or precipitated, it cannot be reused. The following are examples of common side effects: Patients may experience minor pain, itching, redness, or swelling at the injection site or in areas treated with hyaluronidase. If the patient has any of the following severe symptoms, they should seek medical attention right away: signs of an allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, swelling of the tongue, throat, lips, or other body parts, hazy vision, a pounding or erratic heartbeat, or fever. Contraindications Hyaluronidase is not used to improve the uptake of dopamine or other agonist medications, nor is it used to treat oedema caused by stings or bites. All Liporase components can cause hypersensitivity or allergic reactions. Because no studies on pregnant or lactating women and Liporase have been conducted, medical advice is advised.
