Ok, first macro prep questions! Looking for advice. I have my intentions loosely decided (I'm also just kind of going with the flow to see what happens), setting is good. My main questions are, is a full chocolate bar too much for a first macro? I've been microdosing since July, 50mg 4 on 3 off. I don't know if i should have half the bar, the full one, or somewhere in between?
Also, about how long *should* it last? I'm planning on Monday while my kids are at school, and I'm hoping to be close to back to normal when they get home. Does the amount i have factor on on how long it lasts? If i need to, can i speed it up at all?
