This Sacrament is amazing. This morning was the 1st time I had more than an MD. It was only 300 mg which may not be huge, but for me it was a really big deal. It was like a beautiful experience with years of therapy all at once that left my heart & mind light, clean & clear, and left me feeling amazed and Grateful.
