Still no answer and no sacrament...

Janell baker... i have dm ed you, emailed the church, I've literally reached out every way I can, and have not received any response at all from anyone. I received the receipt emails, and tracking number from usps saying that my sacrament was on the way. That was literally 3 months ago, and usps says it never left Payton Colorado. I am a loyal member of the church, and feel like we deserve a better explanation as to why our church just stopped responding to us... this is not how family treats each other. Can someone please help me to understand what is going on. You said to reach out to you janell, and I have, why no response?

Im so confused...is the church still up and running? My sacrament is almost a month late and never left Colorado...

Does anyone know why they are not sending orders out? I've had a tracking number for 2 weeks, and it never left Colorado...

I don't understand what happened...i followed the instructions perfectly, and besides the horrible taste, it did absolutely nothing...feeling a little frustrated.
