My name is Emma Carter, and I work as a Marketing Specialist at GoodVans Roofing.

People don't search for a roofing company until something's already gone wrong, so my job is making sure we show up when that happens and that what they find actually answers their question. GoodVans has been doing this work across Metro Vancouver for over 10 years, and I spend a lot of my time talking to our crews and project leads about what actually happened on a job, since that's usually where the best content comes from.

I also work closely with sales and operations, because a homeowner calling about a leak needs a different answer than a strata manager planning a multi-building reroof.

We handle residential, commercial, and strata roofing, everything from shingle replacement and skylight installs to torch-on systems and roof asset management for larger properties.

My job is simple: when someone nearby needs a roof looked at, I want them to find us and trust what we tell them.
