Had the most profound experience from a 5g penis envy chocolate bar. Ti expevmcted a macro but I found tbis to be a heroic dose where in 3 hours it forced me to face the noise, doom and gloom of the world right. Ow and center myself. I felt evey breath cycle to the tiniest detail and every muscle fiber and bit of tention. I one point i was walkkng down dtairs and literally fellt the world disappearing. My bodily awarenss was disapearonf. I had to lay down and just let go. Then I simultaneoulsy relinquished all control and tears poured out of me along with vocal melodies and song. It was a bit scary but I had to trist the process and let go of any control. Still processing and integrating, but wow.

Missing the FB group. Guess I need to be more active here. My last macro gave me profound insight to a childhood experience that has been negatively impacting my relationship. I was able to dig in and release blame to the person that brought this early experience in my kife because I know they did not have ill intent and were in survival mode.
