Hello, mushfriends! I haven't made our turkey yet. Made ham with mashed sweet potatoes and green bean casserole before Turkeysgivingandeating and it was wonderful. We went out for dinner Thursday and had turkey. ;-)
I just ordered the chocolate bar and the DMT vape pen. It's finally not too hot here in Froriduh so hopefully my chocolate bar won't melt in my mailbox.

I didn't get to download the pdf of the DMT ceremony, but I did get the downloads for the chocolate and free gummies.

UPDATE: Not less than 2 hours later, I got an email from a friendly mushperson who sent me the pdf!

my wife has granulomatosis with polyangiitis and i've been taking her for radiation treatments for her squamous cell skin cancer. she seems to be doing ok, but sometimes her mild cognitive impairment gets to be too much. hope you're all doing ok, my wife hasn't had any gpa flares in almost a year, and her next infusion is the 26th of this month. i'm still hoping to macro and restart my micro journey, too. hoping the android app is coming soon, haven't heard a word in a while and it's overdue. very frustrated lately but hope to get some relief somehow. peace out.

4 on 3 off, been a few weeks of that now. did 100 each day, 400 each day (a little intense, semi-trippy), 200 each day (made me a little tense at times but there were other variables involved like my wife's cancer dx, a couple of hurricanes, and my own multiple issues). want to macro, but not a conducive environment for 'smooth sailing' just yet. soon come, brothers and sisters, soon come. focused on better, and stronger, and more loving. peace out and mushlove y'all.

started my 2nd week yesterday by taking 2 more out the trust pack. about to have some breakfast and take 2 more. so far, so good! hurricane missed us here, but still lots of damage. some homes had roofs blown off, some trees got blown down, and roads by the beach have like 6 feet of sand on them! amazing the power of this storm. we lost power here but now have it restored. good thing we went to a hotel where they had air conditioning. booked 2 nights, but only stayed one night. we left late on the 2nd day because power was back on at home. saw videos of lots of damage up north in Georgia and North Carolina. we didn't get much rain from Helene, but it did get a little breezy. How's everyone else doing?

well, ended up taking 1, then 2, then 3, then 2 again over 4 days. 1 & 2 had me feeling good. 3 had me feeling more stuff. nothing bad, just...more. now, we're going to have a hurricane so that will be fun. went to dinner last night and then to the grocery store on the way home. feeling good. some businesses were already starting to close and we're going to stay at a hotel tonight (Thurs.) and maybe tomorrow. will assess later this afternoon. should be pretty wild by then. my 2nd round of 4 on and 3 off starts saturday. hope y'all's day is going well. peace out.
