Finally took out my own stitches with my LEFT HAND BTW !!!! they were meant to be dissolvable but that clearly wasn’t happening and I don’t want my skin to grow over the stitches obviously!!!!! If I ever have stone crabs again I’ll def be using a crab cracker!!!! And YES in MD they can fish stone crabs!!!! No one cared about my wound just “ where’d you get the stone crabs?!” Yes because that’s what I’m worried about while getting my stitches in the hospital let me know if you see anything in my finger that I didn’t remove. I did it myself and did it left handed!!!! It was 5 stitches I believe! And the knuckle was a bit of a pain in the ass

Hey all! Quick review of my first macro this past Monday. I ate half the chocolate bar (2g) on an empty stomach with coffee first thing in the morning. I had a big bottle of water and some crackers on hand to combat the nausea which helped. I had decided to go with the flow, not knowing how it would feel so i just wanted to let it do what it was going to. I watched several Bo Burnham comedy specials (he's my comfort content) and hung out with my cats. Had some mild visuals here and there, felt absolutely awesome all day, laughed a lot, and really enjoyed my bathroom ceiling texture lol.

Next time i will try to go into it a little more seriously, and see if i can learn anything. I rewatched the psilocybin episode of Change Your Mind on netflix and am thinking of trying a higher dose at another time to see if i can really LEARN something about myself and my life.

3 days later i still feel amazing (even after the stupid elecfion) im very even keeled and calm. Sooo grateful for all of you and this church!
