Hey all! Quick review of my first macro this past Monday. I ate half the chocolate bar (2g) on an empty stomach with coffee first thing in the morning. I had a big bottle of water and some crackers on hand to combat the nausea which helped. I had decided to go with the flow, not knowing how it would feel so i just wanted to let it do what it was going to. I watched several Bo Burnham comedy specials (he's my comfort content) and hung out with my cats. Had some mild visuals here and there, felt absolutely awesome all day, laughed a lot, and really enjoyed my bathroom ceiling texture lol.

Next time i will try to go into it a little more seriously, and see if i can learn anything. I rewatched the psilocybin episode of Change Your Mind on netflix and am thinking of trying a higher dose at another time to see if i can really LEARN something about myself and my life.

3 days later i still feel amazing (even after the stupid elecfion) im very even keeled and calm. Sooo grateful for all of you and this church!

Had a nice coffee date with one of my best friends yesterday. One, it was nice to see her again, it's been a while, and also to gave someone in real life i could discuss mushrooms with. She's tripped before but seemed genuinely interested in the micro aspect as well, as i was telling her the differences I'm feeling. She asked for the link to the website so I'm hoping she does some research and hops on board as she has been having some anxiety and depression symptoms lately and is looking to feel better herself.

Hey tribe who may be affected by this hurricane here are some tips thay helped us be fine after Michael went right over us. We didn't have power for over 2 weeks. This storm has a lot of rain and wind so probably less tornadoes but more flooding and all that means lots of down trees and power lines. Anyways
Fill your tubs up with water as full as you can. You can use this to splash off and flush your toilets. Get lots of heavy duty trash bags. They can be tarps or hold wet laundry. Make sure you wash all your laundry and probably your hair too. Disposable cups, paper plates and silverware are super helpful. Fruits thay are whole like oranges and apples are great.. If you like coffee make it and mix in the sugar now while it's hot. Take gallon freezer bags and fill them with water and freeze now. They will be icepacks you can drink later. Mush love to everyone.
