I’ve been thinking about home finance lately because buying a house feels almost impossible without some kind of financing these days. Renting may seem easier in the short term, but after paying rent for years, it starts to feel like you’re spending money without building any ownership. That’s why home finance looks attractive for many people, especially with banks offering long repayment plans and different installment options. At the same time, taking on a long-term financial commitment can feel stressful, especially when interest rates and living costs keep changing. I think the biggest question is whether the monthly payments are manageable enough to make homeownership worthwhile in the long run.
