The climb is an easy, gradual one, with time to acclimatize, but if you want something a little extra peace of mind on the question of altitude sickness, it couldn't hurt to bring along some Diamox (see Health below). This trail is suitable for beginners or experienced trekkers who just want a hard and fast adventure.
Mardi Himal for first-time trekkers > Less discovered (relatively new) and escaped most of the trekkers. This is a good place to be introduced to very easy trekking in Nepal. Having seen a few limited screenshots, this won't be hard to get into all over again, though, and will no doubt be just as inviting to new players.
