- Morning! So I do 100 mg/day and ordered the 400 mg capsules for cost effectiveness. When I split the 200 capsules, I just dump 1/2 into a cup and reseal to use the rest the next day. But with 400 that won’t work as easily since 1/4 of a capsule will be harder to gauge dosage size. Anyone have a hack or suggestion on how to best divide and store the 400 into 100 doses?
